Do you have a Liquor License?

No we do not. If you’re renting our space you will be required to get a special occasion licence (approx $150). Your event coordinator can handle this for you.

What are your rental hours of operation?

We will be available for rental on select Fridays, Saturdays anytime between 1pm -11pm, Sundays 10am - 10pm.

For POP UP rentals for fitness/wellness instructors, we have weekly day and evening times available by the hour, please inquire.


Do you provide food?

We have food vendors available upon request. We currently have a list of vendors that we have partnered with that are trusted and reputable with excellent quality food and service.
However, we do not have food on site. You would be responsible for your own catering or bringing your own food/beverage for your party. YARD special events will have their events catered.

What services are included in the venue rental?

No services are provided. It is strictly a venue rental. The guest/host is responsible for obtaining any licences or permits, all food & beverage, bartenders, decor etc. All details will be discussed in a consultation for our venue rentals. We can recommend vendors for all of the above, including an event coordinator.

Do you have accessible amenities?

Yes. Our main building and the YARD green space are wheelchair accessible. We have one washroom that is also wheelchair accessible. As part of our request form, we gather information if guests will need accessibility assistance, and we have staff available to provide what is necessary for your guests to create the best experience possible.

Do you have parking onsite?

Yes. We have 17 designated parking spots on site, and we have the option for overflow parking with a shuttle if necessary from an offsite area down the road.

Do you have accommodations?

Our studio can be transformed into a “sleeping bunker” for up to 10 adults. Full bedding, decor and themes if you’d like! This is a third party vendor and additional costs apply. based on availability.
