Cold Plunge Invigoration

Stress Melting Sauna
Step into the sauna sanctuary, where the heat gently coaxes your muscles into a state of utter relaxation. As stress dissipates, a calm ambiance permeates the air, creating a haven where worries evaporate, and a renewed sense of calm settles in.
KEY BENEFITS TO HOT/COLD CONTRAST THERAPY
Muscle Relaxation & Recovery
The combination of hot and cold treatments are effective for relieving muscle tension and aiding in recovery after physical activity. The heat soothes muscles and joints, while the cold helps reduce inflammation and minimizes soreness.
Detoxification
Sweating induced by hot hydrotherapy aids in the elimination of toxins from the body. Cold hydrotherapy, like cold plunges, complement the process by promoting vasoconstriction, which helps flush out toxins and metabolic waste products.
Improved Circulation
Hot and cold hydrotherapy stimulates blood flow, enhancing circulation throughout the body. The contrast between hot and cold temperatures encourage blood vessels to expand and contract, promoting efficient nutrient and oxygen delivery to cells.
Enhanced Skin Health
Cold water therapy has been shown to reduce inflammation, stimulate collagen and regulate sebum production leading to improved elasticity and a healthier, glowing complexion.
For the Athlete
Contrast therapy is a proven method to help athletes recover in their fitness journey. Reducing inflammation, swelling and pain, while increasing energy, endorphins and improving muscle activation and circulation.
Immune System Boost
Alternating between hot and cold water can stimulate the immune system. The changes in temperature may trigger the production of white blood cells and promote overall immune system function, helping the body fend off illness.
Metabolic Rate
We encourage health eating and regular exercise, and with hot/cold contrast therapy, you can increase your calorie burn hours after exposure. Increasing your body’s natural metabolic rate to help you burn fat and lose weight.
Stress Reduction
Hot hydrotherapy, such as a sauna, induces a state of relaxation by releasing endorphins and reducing stress hormones. The contrast with cold water adds a refreshing element, creating a comprehensive stress-relief experience.
Mood Booster
You can expect to have a heightened attention and concentration, and a relief from symptoms of depression providing a calmer body and mind, with a positive mindset.
