DETAILS

Fire & Ice Sessions are available on Thursdays from 1:30pm - 8:00pm by pre-booking, pre-paid reservations only.
There are no drop ins available.
These are 60 minute time slots.

Guided Fire & Ice sessions are 90 minutes in length.

Self Guided Session - $45 per person, for 1 hour session

Session Includes:

  • 1 hour access

  • hot/cold contrast amenities (sauna and cold plunge)

  • access to loft lounge & coffee bar

  • fire pit and chairs to relax and unwind

Coach Guided Session - $65 per person, for 90 minute session

Session Includes:

  • 90 minute fully guided breathwork and hot/cold immersion therapy

  • access to loft lounge & coffee bar

  • fire pit and chairs to relax and unwind

Additional Features:

  • downloadable guide on how to do contrast therapy and its full benefits (provided to both self and coach guided guests)

  • Sessions are per person, unless otherwise stated.

  • Each person must book their own spot.

  • Must bring your own towels and sandals. Towels are available for purchase.

  • No alcohol is permitted.

  • No glassware in the pool area.

  • Fire pits are available upon request, at no charge.

  • Indoor/Outdoor showers are available.

  • Waiver and liability forms must be signed prior to entry.

  • Maximum 6 persons, per hour or 90 minute guided session, will be permitted in the fire & ice area, unless otherwise stated.

  • There are no refunds for misses sessions if cancelled within 24 hours.

  • Please download the guide that is sent to you upon booking, as it has details on arrivals and expectations. For those doing GUIDED Sessions a separate guide will be sent to you prior to your session.
